SUMMARY:
Comprehensive Services Act for At-Risk Youth and Families. Authorizes parents who are employees of child-serving organizations to serve on multi-disciplinary teams that consider problems and services provided to at-risk youth and families. The bill provides that such persons must abstain from decision-making where they have a personal interest (as defined in the Conflict of Interests Acts) or a fiduciary interest.
