SUMMARY:
Mandatory reports of child abuse or neglect. Adds persons who are eligible to receive referrals from the court to act as mediators to the list of persons currently required to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the local department of social services or the state's toll free hot-line. The bill is recommended by the Commission on Family Violence Prevention.
