SUMMARY:

Accident and sickness insurance; mental health and substance abuse services. Prohibits insurers and corporations providing accident and sickness subscription contracts from deducting unreimbursed outpatient treatment visits used to satisfy deductibles from the total number of outpatient visits allowed under an individual's policy, plan or contract.
