SUMMARY:
Powers and duties of the Department of General Services and the Department of Information Technology. Requires both Departments to provide for the inclusion of counties, cities, and towns in all statewide contracts and agreements they make or enter into for the purchase of computers, software, supplies, and related peripheral equipment and services. For good cause shown, the Secretary of Administration may disapprove such inclusion from a specific contract or agreement.
