SUMMARY:
Statutes of limitation; childhood sexual abuse. Eliminates the 10 years from age of majority restriction on the current “communication” accrual rule, to allow victims of childhood sexual abuse to bring their action at any time within two years of the date of communication of the fact of the injury and the causal connection to the sexual abuse.
