SUMMARY:

Uninsured motor vehicles. Provides, generally, that persons who knowingly fail to pay the required fee for registration of uninsured motor vehicles waive their rights to recover noneconomic damages if injured in motor vehicle accidents involving the improperly registered vehicle.
