SUMMARY:

Virginia Water and Sewer Authorities Act. Authorizes an authority created under the Water and Sewer Authorities Act to join as a member another authority created under such Act with the prior concurrence of the political subdivisions that created it. This bill is the same as SB 864. HB 2250 also amends § 15.1-1248.
