SUMMARY:

Aquaculture. Adds fish and shellfish in aquaculture facilities to the definition of livestock in the Comprehensive Animal Laws. Fishing without a license from permitted catfish aquaculture facilities is allowed. Currently, fishing without a license is allowed only at permitted trout aquaculture facilities.
