SUMMARY:
Marriage and marriage licenses. Allows a person to get a marriage license at any circuit court regardless of his county or city of residency. This bill also repeals that section of the Code establishing marriage to a person not domiciled in the Commonwealth as determinative of the residency of the other spouse.
