SUMMARY:

Filing requirements of certain companies. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission to accept the electronic filing of documents under the Stock and Nonstock Corporation Acts, the Limited Liability Company Act and the Limited Partnership Act. The bill also allows signatures on documents under these Acts to be facsimiles and eliminates the requirement in the Stock and Nonstock Corporation Acts that corporate documents be signed only by a prescribed list of officers.
