SUMMARY:

State Air Control Law violations. Specifies that each day an owner knowingly violates the state air control law, an Air Board regulation or order, or any air permit condition constitutes a separate violation. This change will conform Virginia's penalty provisions to those required under the federal Clean Air Act.
