SB 811 Child support enforcement.

SUMMARY:

Child support enforcement. Provides that administrative support orders issued by the Commissioner of Social Services will extend child support to persons who are age nineteen and full-time high school students. This provision already exists for court ordered support. This bill is identical to HB 2228 (Crouch).
