SUMMARY:
Juvenile cases. Allows the court to make available, upon request, the name, address and disposition imposed with regard to a juvenile 14 or older adjudicated delinquent on the basis of an act which would be a felony if committed by an adult. Under current law the court must consider whether the release would be in the public interest.
