SUMMARY:

Accident and sickness insurance; coordination of benefits. Prohibits coordination of benefits with medical expense coverage, medical payments coverage or similar provisions which are part of or attached to motor vehicle liability insurance policies. The bill also clarifies the applicability of this statute to accident and sickness insurance policies, generally.
