SUMMARY:

Service of process; facsimile. Authorizes service by facsimile by the sheriff upon a corporation's registered agent otherwise authorized to accept service on behalf of his client. Service by facsimile may be made only if the recipient has authorized such service in writing and provides an acknowlegement of receipt, by facsimile, to the sheriff making service.
