SUMMARY:
Harassing phone calls. Enhances the penalty for making harassing phone calls where such calls are made to an entity which provides emergency services (e.g., fire, police, medical and ambulance) with the intent to harass or interfere with the performance of those duties. The penalty is increased from a Class 3 to a Class 1 misdemeanor.
