SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; referendum on mixed beverages. Provides, in the case of a town created as a result of a city-to-town reversion pursuant to Chapter 20.2 of Title 15.1, that such town is not required to conduct a referendum on the sale of mixed beverages if the former city had approved such sale.
