SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Operation Blessing International Relief and Development Corporation. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to an organization, exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which is organized to provide food, clothing, medicine, and shelter to needy persons in the United States and overseas. The bill also grants such organizations exemptions from the sales and use taxes on aircraft and motor vehicles. Incorporated into SB 704.
