SB 713 Designation of judges.

SUMMARY:

Designation of judges. Allows the chief judge of the general district or juvenile/family court to designate a judge of another district court to hear an individual case or to hear cases for a period of not more than 90 days, provided the designated judge consents.

The bill is recommended by the Committee on District Courts.
