SUMMARY:
Sales tax exemption. Exempts from the tax, certain nonprofit organizations organized and operated primarily to develop and operate permanent housing and to provide mental health services for the homeless and other persons with serious mental illnesses. Pathway Homes, Inc., would be among the beneficiaries of this section.
