Sales and use tax exemption; Peninsula Family Service, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by a § 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization which is organized to provide counseling for families and individuals for problems other than chronic mental illness. Incorporated into SB 704.
