SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; Goodwill Industries. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to a nonprofit corporation exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which provides rehabilitation services, training, employment, referral services and opportunities for personal growth for disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Incorporated into SB 704.
