SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community service organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to any organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code organized to conduct annual fund-raising campaigns for the direct benefit of nonprofit member agencies in the northern Shenandoah Valley. Incorporated into SB 704.
