SUMMARY:

Authorization for bond issues. Repeals the legislation enacted in the 1994 Session which authorized the issuance of debt for transportation improvements related to Disney's America project. Chapter 520 authorized the issuance of $82.4 million of 9(d) debt for improvements to Interstate 66, U.S. Routes 29 and 15, and State Route 234. Chapter 589 authorized the issuance of $49.1 million of 9(d) debt for the Haymarket Transportation Program.
