SUMMARY:

Entitlement to certain sales tax revenues; the Public Facilities Act. Relocates from Title 15.1 to Title 58.1 all of the present Public Facilities Act sections which authorize collection of certain sales tax revenues for specific purposes. This is part of the recodification of Title 15.1.
