SUMMARY:

Duties of the Keeper of the Rolls. This bill repeals the requirement that the Clerk of the House of Delegates, in his capacity as Keeper of the Rolls, publish the populations of Virginia's counties and cities, according to the most recent United States Census, in the Acts of Assembly each year. This bill is part of the recodification of Title 15.1.
