SUMMARY:
Sales tax exemption. Exempts from the tax, certain nonprofit organizations organized and operated primarily to construct, develop, acquire, renovate, manage, and maintain low-income housing for persons of limited means, the mentally and physically disabled, and the elderly. Christian Relief Services of Virginia, Inc., would be among the beneficiaries of this section.
