SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Family Service of Central Virginia. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by a § 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization which is organized to provide counseling, education and supportive services on a community-wide basis to help solve family and personal problems. Incorporated into SB 704.
