Sales tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community organization. Provides a sales tax exemption for tangible personal property purchased for use or consumption by a nonprofit organization organized to provide a one-to-one relationship for children living in single-parent homes by matching them with adult volunteers who provide them with support, guidance, and friendship while addressing their social, emotional, and academic needs.
