SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community service organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to any organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized to operate and maintain a summer recreational camp for mentally handicapped citizens. Incorporated into SB 704.
