Sales and use tax exemption; Virginia Oil and Gas Association. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1994, through June 30, 1996, for certified pollution control equipment which has been certified by the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy. Incorporated into SB 721.
