SB 640 Allocations from the Transportation Trust Fund.

SUMMARY:

Allocations from the Transportation Trust Fund. Adds Virginia airports owned or leased by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority to the airports entitled to allocations from the Commonwealth Airport Fund. The Commonwealth Airport Fund consists of 2.4 percent of the Transportation Trust Fund moneys. From July 1, 1995, through June 30, 2000, MWAA will receive sixty percent of any amount in excess of $12.1 million available for allocation from the Commonwealth Airport Fund, up to $2 million. The remaining forty percent will be distributed to air carrier airports. This bill is identical to SB 752.
