SUMMARY:
School boards' authority to obtain certain criminal records. Adds the County of Frederick to the list of public school divisions authorized to require fingerprinting of individuals accepting employment within their schools and to access the state and national criminal records. The violations which must be reported are limited to such offenses as violent crimes, arson, sex offenses, child abuse crimes, and drug offenses.
