SUMMARY:

Charitable solicitations. Gives an organization, which has registered with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to solicit charitable contributions, the option to file a balance sheet, a financial statement, or a copy of IRS Form 990. Currently, an organization is required to file all three. The bill contains an emergency clause.
