SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; Uninsured Employer's Fund; tax. Repeals provision which would have decreased the percentage of insurance premiums taxable against insurers (as provided in Chapter 10 of Title 65.2) for the purpose of funding the Uninsured Employer's Fund from a maximum of one-fourth of one percent to a maximum of one-eighth of one percent beginning January 1, 1995.
