SUMMARY:
Neighborhood Assistance Act. Extends the expiration date of the Neighborhood Assistance Act from June 30, 1995, to June 30, 1998. This measure conforms the uncodified sunset clause to a change made to the Act in the 1994 Session providing that tax credits shall not be authorized after fiscal year 1998.
