SUMMARY:

Tort Claims Act. Specifies that actions for medical malpractice otherwise subject to the provisions of the Tort Claims Act are subject to the limitation on recovery found in the Medical Malpractice Act ($1 million) rather than the limitation on claims under the Tort Claims Act ($75,000).
