SUMMARY:

Trade and commerce; greyhound racing; penalty. Prohibits any person from holding, conducting or operating greyhound races for public exhibition in the Commonwealth. The bill also prohibits any person from transmitting or receiving interstate or intrastate simulcasts of greyhound races for commercial purposes. The bill makes violation a Class 4 felony.
