SUMMARY:

Possession of weapons by convicted felons. Prescribes an enhanced penalty (Class 4 felony) for second and subsequent violations of the section involving the use of a firearm. The enhanced penalty is to be imposed without regard to the type of weapon involved in the prior offense.
