SUMMARY:
Possession of firearms. Restricts persons convicted of stalking from possessing and transporting firearms and carrying concealed weapons to the same extent that felons are prohibited. Convicted stalkers are able to petition the court for a permit to possess and carry a firearm no earlier than five years following conviction.
