SUMMARY:
Sexual assault. Amends the "rape shield" statute to provide that evidence that the complaining witness acted before or during the commission of the alleged offense to prevent impregnation or transmittal of a disease shall not create a presumption of consent to the sexual conduct constituting the offense.
