SUMMARY:

Stop and frisk. Repeals the section which allows the police to stop and frisk only upon suspicion that the personal has committed or is about to commit a felony or possesses a concealed weapon The repeal expands current Virginia law to allow police to stop a person reasonably suspected of having committed or of being about to commit any crime allowed by Terry v. Ohio (authorizes a stop if the officer " reasonably . . . conclude(s).. . that criminal activity may be afoot").
