SUMMARY:

Licensure of nurses. Defines the term "collaboration" as the process by which a nurse practitioner works with a physician to deliver health care services within the scope of the nurse practitioner's professional expertise and with medical direction and appropriate supervision, consistent with the jointly prescribed regulations of the Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
