SUMMARY:

Fuels and road taxes. Removes the exemption from motor fuel, special fuel, and road taxes currently enjoyed by certain bus companies. Virginia companies pay such taxes when they use the roads in other states; however, out-of-state bus companies do not pay such taxes in Virginia, putting Virginia companies at a disadvantage.
