SUMMARY:
Design-build and construction management contracts for public bodies having a county manager form of government. Authorizes public bodies having a county manager form of government to enter into design-build and construction management contracts on a fixed price or not-to-exceed price basis if they have a licensed professional architect or engineer on staff.
