SUMMARY:

Allocation of the Commonwealth Airport Fund. Adds Virginia airports owned by the federal government to the airports entitled to allocations from the Commonwealth Airport Fund, as long as aviation fuel taxes are collected and remitted to the Commonwealth from such airports.
