SUMMARY:
Size, terms, and meeting schedules of local governing bodies. Allows local governing bodies by ordinance to determine (i) the size of the governing body, (ii) the length of term of governing bodies, (iii) whether terms run concurrently, and (iv) the frequency, location and time of its meetings. Changes in the length of terms will not take effect unless approved by voter referendum.
