SUMMARY:

Continuing education requirements for insurance agents. Extends to July 1, 1995, the initial deadline by which certain insurance agents must satisfy continuing education requirements prescribed in Article 7 (§ 38.2-1866 et seq.) of Chapter 18 of Title 38.2. An emergency clause makes the bill effective from its passage.
