SUMMARY:
Voluntary income tax contributions. Extends the sunset date on the tax refund checkoffs for contributions to the Open Space Recreation and Conservation Fund, the Housing Program, and the Department of Aging for three years. Also creates two additional checkoffs for renovation of the Governor's Mansion and the Virginia Commission for the Arts which sunset in three years.
