SUMMARY:
Pharmacy permits. Allows a hospital which owns a nursing home or certified nursing facility to provide pharmacy services and drugs to the patients in such homes or facilities under the hospital's inpatient pharmacy permit. This bill would not require each nursing home or certified nursing facility which is owned by a hospital to have a separate pharmacy license or facility.
